I know from years of experience that the most important thing in every one of my client’s transactions has been the money.  For sellers, it’s about negotiating the highest possible price, and for buyers, the best possible price.  The key differences between me and your average real estate agent are:

-my razor-sharp focus on providing clients the extraordinary service they need and deserve

-my ability to help my clients unerringly get where they want to go,

-and, perhaps most importantly, my strong negotiation skills.

In fact, my focus on negotiation is so serious that my personal selling philosophy is that I will never “double end” a transaction.  This means I do not represent both the buyer and the seller in the same transaction… When I’m working with you, I commit to representing you and only you!
